General
The Andermatt Gathering is designed for a small, deliberately curated cohort of C-suite executives, founders, investors, and global leaders. This is not a conference — it is a peer-to-peer gathering, intentionally limited in size to preserve the quality of conversation. Every participant is personally invited by the hosts; you will find yourself among people of comparable stature and curiosity.
Three things: perspective, relationships, and restoration. Intellectually, you will engage with leading thinkers across education, geopolitics, sustainability, and the future of society, including distinguished speakers from Oxford and global public affairs. Personally, you will leave having forged genuine connections with a carefully curated cohort of founders, investors, executives, and leaders. Physically, the combination of alpine movement, Humansa Suisse wellness experiences, and the restorative environment of the Swiss Alps is designed to leave you renewed.
Three days in Andermatt, Switzerland: Thursday, August 13 through Saturday, August 15, 2026. Guests typically arrive mid-afternoon on Day 1 and depart after the closing lunch on Day 3. Andermatt is accessible by train from Zürich in approximately two hours, or by private transfer. The programme is fully curated — once you arrive, everything is taken care of.
Scale and intimacy. Most high-profile forums bring together hundreds or thousands of attendees, which often means the most meaningful conversations happen outside the official programme. The Andermatt Gathering is intentionally designed around those moments: private dinners, small-group masterclasses, alpine experiences, and shared time with a carefully curated cohort of leaders, investors, founders, and thinkers. Rather than a conference, it is a space for genuine dialogue, reflection, and relationship-building in one of the world’s most extraordinary settings.
The cohort is kept to a small number of participants — C-suite executives, founders, family office principals, and global investors from across geographies. It is intentionally curated for peer-level exchange. Many guests discover mutual connections on arrival; the programme is designed precisely for that kind of serendipity. Participant details are shared privately ahead of the gathering for those who wish to prepare.
Humansa Suisse is a leading longevity and wellness practice integrated throughout the gathering. Guests will have access to curated wellness experiences, recovery treatments, and expert insights on longevity and holistic wellbeing. Dedicated wellness sessions are woven into the programme, allowing participants to explore practical approaches to sustaining health, energy, and performance while enjoying the restorative environment of the Swiss Alps.
The gathering catalyses ongoing relationships. You stay connected with your cohort through Bridgehouse — many participants go on to co-invest, share market intelligence, and make introductions within the network. We continue to facilitate connections and remain a resource long after the programme concludes. Most guests find that the three days are simply the beginning.
